Companion Card
A Companion Card is a card issued to people with a significant, permanent disability. Patrons holding a valid Companion Card are eligible for a complimentary Companion Card Ticket.
If you have been issued a Companion Card ticket, you may be required to present your Companion Card at the Event on Event Day. For more information on the Companion Card, please visit http://www.companioncard.gov.au/
Easy Access
Accessible Tickets are available for patrons with mobility issues or who have accessibility needs but do not require a wheelchair location.
These seating locations are typically accessible via less than 5 stairs, are located close to amenities such as toilets and may be close to the venue entry/exit.
Hearing Impaired
Hearing Impaired Ticket is available in selected venues for use by patrons with a hearing impairment and may utilise technologies such as hearing loops.
Sign Language Interpreter
Sign Language Interpreter Ticket is available at the 10am session of each show date and location. Contact the venue directly for access to these tickets
Vision Impaired
Vision Impaired Ticket is available in selected venues for use by patrons with a visual impairment.
Vision Impaired with Guide Dog
Vision Impaired with Guide Dog Ticket is available in selected venues for patrons with a visual impairment who require their Guide Dog to be present during the event
Wheelchair Accessible
Wheelchair Accessible space is a location that is wheelchair accessible because (a) the seat has been removed from that location to accommodate a wheelchair; or (b) the location is permanently a dedicated wheelchair space.
A customer who purchases a Wheelchair Accessible seat will remain in their wheelchair for the duration of the event.

Is there a limit on how many tickets can be purchased?
Maximum of 8 tickets can be purchased at a single transaction.
Do we need to purchase tickets for adults as well?
Yes, anyone over the age of 12 months old will require a ticket for entry. Children under 12 months old will be required to sit on the lap a parent or guardian.

How can I be part of the meet & greet sessions
The Wiggles Meet & Greet sessions are by invitation only. These cannot be purchased.
We do receive an overwhelming number of requests which are all processed by our team to facilitate requests as best as possible. Sessions are held predominately for charity partners, however we do extend this to the general public where space is available in the session.

Are venues cash only?
Most venues are 100% cashless, so please ensure you bring your card or phone if you’re looking to purchase food, drinks or merchandise on the day.
Cloaking Services & Bag Restrictions
Cloaking services will be available at the entry of the Arena for a $10 fee.
We recommend you leave bags larger than A5 (20cm x 15cm) and large items at home to ensure you are not held up at the external entry into the Arena on arrival.
Bags with Personal Medical items can be checked and tagged by security prior to being permitted into the Arena
Can We Bring Art Signs Created by our Child/ren?
1000% YES! We encourage you to bring in your signs, posters, and crafts made by your child/ren (😉), as The Wiggles go around and collect them.
However, this may differ from each venue, and all items are subject to security search on arrival.
Can I take my pram into the performance?
Prams, strollers and baby capsules are not permitted inside the Main Arena Auditorium. All venues will have a first-in first-served pram parking area. Pram Parking is a complimentary service, but the venue and The Wiggles take no responsibility for items lost or stolen.
Please follow the signs and Venue Directory Maps or ask staff for directions, if needed.
Are patrons allowed to bring food into the Arena?
No commercial food is permitted to be taken into the Arena. Small packed lunches (e.g. sandwiches) for children and one sealed water bottle per person is permitted.
Children’s plastic drink bottles are permitted if empty upon arrival. Hydration Station (water fountain) facilities are available within the Arena.
Are their facilities where I can warm my child’s milk /food?
Some venues will have parents rooms with microwave facilities available for use, but always check with your local venue before attending.
Does your venue provide Sensory Rooms or Sensory Kits?
Most venues will offer Sensory Rooms or Sensory Kits. Please note that space is limited, and not all venues have rooms set up with viewing capabilities of the show.
Professional photography & cameras
No professional photography (DSL cameras or similar). No flash photography is permitted in the show.

All tickets are sold via the venue's official ticketing partner Ticketek or Ticketmaster. Please only purchase tickets from links provided on The Wiggles website.
Venues hold no obligation to honour tickets purchased from or through unauthorised resellers.
If you attend the event with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised seller such as Viagogo, Ticket Merchant, Tixel or any other unauthorised resellers, you may be refused entry to the Event.
