Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to purchase a ticket for both adults & children?
Yes: Everyone attending will require a ticket, except for Children under 12 months old, as they will be required to sit on the lap of a parent or guardian. Some venues will require you to purchase a lap ticket, so please check with your local venue’s guidelines.

Can I purchase as a group?
The maximum tickets you can purchase in one transaction is 6 tickets.

Is there a pre-sale available?
Yes! Pre-sale access starts Tuesday 17th September 10am (local time) and ends Thursday 19th September 11:00 pm(local time) for our Wiggly News Database.

How much are tickets?
Tickets start from £13 GBP for our England show locations & $25USD for our US / Canada show locations

Should I buy tickets from websites other than those listed on The Wiggles site?
No: We cannot validate any tickets that are sold outside of the ticketing links & agencies provided. If you purchase from a third party retailer or resale site, you may be denied entry on the day of the event.

Will you be adding more show locations?
The Wiggles have a very busy touring, filming and recording schedule + their ongoing charity work which they are committed to. We did our very best to fit in as many locations in the time we have available for international touring. We hope with the early notice, that you can make the trip to see The Wiggles in concert near you, but for the foreseeable future there will not be any further dates added for the UK, US or Canadian regions in 2025.

Booking with accessibility requirements: 
You can now purchase Accessible Tickets online for a range of events. Simply click on the Accessible filter to view the Accessible Ticketing types available for the event. If this option is not available, please call or submit an Accessible Ticket booking form with your local venue.

Easy Access
Accessible Tickets are available for patrons with mobility issues or who have accessibility needs but do not require a wheelchair location.  These seating locations are typically accessible via less than 5 stairs, are located close to amenities such as toilets and may be close to the venue entry/exit.    

Hearing Impaired
Hearing Impaired Ticket is available in selected venues for use by patrons with a hearing impairment and may utilise technologies such as hearing loops.

Vision Impaired:
Vision Impaired Ticket is available in selected venues for use by patrons with a visual impairment.   

Vision Impaired with Guide Dog:
Vision Impaired with Guide Dog Ticket is available in selected venues for patrons with a visual impairment who require their Guide Dog to be present during the event.

Wheelchair Accessible:
Wheelchair Accessible space is a location that is wheelchair accessible because (a) the seat has been removed from that location to accommodate a wheelchair; or (b) the location is permanently a dedicated wheelchair space. A customer who purchases a Wheelchair Accessible seat will remain in their wheelchair for the duration of the event.  

Sensory Rooms & Sensory Kits:
Our venues provide sensory spaces available for those who require these. Venue staff will be on hand to assist with this if required on the day.
Some venues also have a limited number of sensory kits available.
