These Loyalty and Referral Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the The Wiggles Store Rewards Club - Loyalty Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Wiggles Store Rewards Club - Loyalty Program is a rewards program that allows eligible customers to earn and redeem points and receive other benefits offered by The Wiggles Store from time to time.

Participation in the Program is free and voluntary.

The Wiggles Store reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program or any aspect of the Program at any time in accordance with these Terms.

The Wiggles Store may publish frequently asked questions (FAQs), guides, and other informational content relating to the Program on its Website.

These materials are intended to assist customers in understanding how the Program operates. In the event of any inconsistency between the FAQs or other informational content and these Terms will prevail.

To participate in The Wiggles Store Rewards Club - Loyalty Program, you must meet the following eligibility:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Have a valid thewiggles.com rewards customer account;
• Provide accurate and complete account information;
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable law.

Each customer may maintain one loyalty account only.

Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or assigned to another person.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

Members may earn points through eligible actions as determined by The Wiggles Store from time to time.

Unless otherwise, members will earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases in their local market currency (Confirm with Gavin).

For customers shopping in currencies other than Australian Dollars, eligible purchase values will be processed in the customer’s selected market currency. Points will be awarded based on the final transaction value displayed and charged to the customer in that currency. 

The Wiggles Store reserves the right to determine eligibility and point calculations and the treatment of currency conversions, refunds, discounts, taxes, and other adjustments for the purposes of awarding points.

The Wiggles Store may exclude certain purchases, products, promotions, or transactions from earning points from time to time. Any exclusions will be communicated through the Website or Loyalty Program.

Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, exchanged or sold.

Points may be redeemed for rewards offered through the Program, subject to availability and applicable conditions.

The Program may include a referral component that rewards eligible members for referring new members (referred members) to The Wiggles Store.

Eligibility Requirements:

• The referred member must sign up and join The Wiggles Store Rewards Club - Loyalty Program.
• The referred member must be a first time customer and have not used the email address before purchasing products on thewiggles.com

Subject to meeting all eligibility requirements:

• The referred member will receive $20 off their first qualifying purchase.
• The referring member will receive 400 points (equivalent to a $20 reward value) once the referred customer’s qualifying purchase has been completed and verified.

Referral Rewards:

• Only available for genuine new members;
• Cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash;
• May be withheld, cancelled, or reversed where fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected;
• If you earned points by referring a friend (from a referred member) and they later return the item they purchased using your referral, those points will be deducted.

The Wiggles Store reserves the right to amend referral offers at any time.

The Wiggles Store members must not:

• Refer themselves;
• Create multiple accounts;
• Use fake identification or temporary email addresses;
• Publish referral links on coupon, cashback, voucher or discount websites without permission;
• Engage in spam or fraudulent activity.

If a purchase that earned points is refunded, cancelled, or returned, The Wiggles Store may remove the associated points from the member’s account.

The Wiggles Store may offer membership tiers that provide enhanced benefits based on the customer spending, engagement, and participation in the Program.

Current Tiers Include:

• Wiggly Friend
• Wiggly Star
• Wiggly Legend

Tier qualification requirements, benefits, eligibility periods, rewards, and benefits may be amended by The Wiggles Store at any time without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, loyalty points will expire 12 months after the date they are earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated except where required by law.

The Wiggles Store may investigate any suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of the Program and may suspend or terminate membership where misconduct is detected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Wiggles and The Wiggles Store is not liable for technical failures, system outages, lost points, or indirect losses arising from

participation in the Program.

Personal information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with The Wiggles and The Wiggles Store Privacy Policy.

Members may cancel participation in the Program at any time. The Wiggles Store may terminate membership where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia
